Four Play
Four single family homes are the phase one design for this corner lot in Quincy MA. The former barren paved parking area provided a clean slate for positioning these homes to be separate, but part of a small community as well. Each home is similar in layout and provides 1,600 square feet of cozy living space. The contemporary mansard roof helps scale the buildings and provide a top-level master suite with deck area and expansive bathroom and closet space. The overall program consists of three bedrooms and 2 ½ baths along with an open floor plan for living /dining / kitchen. Generous ceiling heights, high end finishes, attention to detail and individual outdoor living areas, make the modest homes feel abundant.
